Dwayne Hughes, SVP Supply Chain for Hearthside Foods has earned the coveted Operations Executive of the Year award from Sosland Publishing. Sosland, publishers of Food Business, Baking Business, and Baking & Snack is considered by many to be the book of record for the baking industry. As far as is known, this is the first time this prestigious award has been earned by a contract manufacturer.

SVP of Supply chain, Dwayne has been leading Hearthside operations since its founding in 2009. Hired by Rich Scalise, founder and CEO, Dwayne oversees a production network that has grown from four initial plants to currently 38 production facilities.
